County climate risk data pricing

County climate risk data pricing starts with free public evidence. The pilot county comparison report is a proposal for your supplied location list, after coverage confirmation. Data access and advisory are scoped on request. Choose the format your team needs, inspect the sample first, and agree on the work before payment.

Free county evidence. Paid when you need your own list or programmatic access.

Same documented FEMA fields in every tier.

How does buying work?

  1. Describe your use, geography and preferred output.
  2. We confirm coverage, source fit and delivery timing.
  3. Review the written scope, license and payment arrangements. No checkout is available here.
  4. After agreement and payment, receive the agreed files or access.

What does the $499 pilot include?

The pilot includes location-to-county matching, 27 reviewed metrics and definitions, concentration summaries, and exceptions with a reason and next action. It provides county context, not a property flood determination or insurance rating.

How does licensing work?

The license specifies internal use, attribution and permitted outputs. Redistribution and white-label rights need a separate scope. A FEMA hazard data subscription or refresh schedule is not included automatically.

What if the data is wrong?

Email the county FIPS, field, release and disputed value. Keep confidential addresses out of the first message. We check source-to-output differences; unresolved records remain visible. Include the disputed output and the source reference so we can trace the difference.

Questions before the next step

Is there a free version?

Yes. Public county pages, guides, El Niño history and the five-county sample are free.

What does the pilot cover?

Up to 25 supplied location rows after county coverage confirmation, a six-sheet workbook, a three-page PDF and one clarification or correction round. It remains a proposal.

Which counties are reviewed?

Los Angeles, Denver, Miami-Dade, Harris and Chittenden. See coverage; additional counties need confirmation.

Can I get an API or bulk file?

Request a scope through data access. The API is planned.

Do you offer invoices?

Ask by email. Invoice and payment terms require written confirmation.

Does the report satisfy TCFD, ISSB or CSRD?

No. County evidence is a screening input, not a complete disclosure assessment.
